We design, build, and deliver both hardware-integrated and cloud/software components to support reliable, secure, and user-friendly intercom systems. As we scale and expand our technology offering, we’re looking for ambitious Sales Executives to join our team and help build the future of access & communication solutions.

Role Overview
We are expanding our sales organization and seeking ambitious Sales Executives who excel in fast-paced, target-driven environments. If you love hunting for new business, thrive on consultative selling, and are excited by the opportunity to influence how buildings interact and operate—FlinVEE is the place for you.
Our typical sales cycles range from 1–3 months, and we provide the training, product knowledge, and support you need to succeed. If you are competitive, motivated, and passionate about technology, we want to meet you.


What You’ll Do — Key Responsibilities
1. Proactively contact and prospect new business accounts through cold calling and outbound outreach.
2. Build, manage, and grow your own pipeline without relying on marketing-generated leads.
3. Conduct virtual product demos for prospective clients.
4. Drive opportunities through the full sales cycle and close deals within expected timelines.
5. Maintain strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor.
6. Attend relevant trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to represent FlinVEE.


What We’re Looking For — Basic Qualifications
1. You are an excellent storyteller with strong communication and persuasion skills.
2. 3+ years of in-office, B2B product sales experience (Software, SaaS, cloud services, hardware solutions, or similar).
3. Proven success in outbound sales, cold calling, and closing deals.
4. Highly results-driven, focusing on outcomes rather than activities.
5. Strong sense of accountability, ownership, and follow-through.
6. Comfortable collaborating with teams but also confident working independently.


Nice-to-Haves (but not mandatory)
1. Familiarity with real estate technology, access control, intercom, or IoT solutions.
2. Proven ability to leverage AI tools to increase efficiency and productivity.

3. Experience selling into fast-growth startups or emerging technology markets.
4. Background working with system integrators, low-voltage installers, or building contractors.
